Product Designer

Role
Own every touchpoint—from the dashboard to Docs and GitBook—turning complex financial logic into clear, trustworthy experiences with help from AI tooling.

You might be a fit if…

• You can translate multidimensional data (rates, collateral ratios, liquidation paths) into visuals users instantly understand.
• You keep the design system (color, type, motion, components) consistent across App, Docs, and marketing surfaces.
• You co-verify UX with engineers: AI drafts interfaces, you refine, add motion/component specs, and ship faster.
• You use data, interviews, and experiments to pinpoint friction, then weave the findings into narratives and UI copy.
• You enjoy inventing new UI/UX patterns that make Moosh's "AI + resilience" story obvious on every screen.

Growth & Community

Role
Grow the Moosh ecosystem by keeping community programs, content, and support loops coordinated and easy to understand.

You will:

1. Design referral programs, quests, and incentive loops, using data to spotlight high-quality contributors.
2. Maintain community and content channels—Docs, GitBook, socials, Discord—so testers and partners stay aligned during releases and incidents.
3. Coordinate ambassador groups, study sessions, or regional communities so feedback flows cleanly back to the core team.
4. Produce FAQs, changelog entries, and educational content that translate technical updates into clear guidance for users.
5. Turn community feedback into public roadmaps and measurable narratives that prove progress.

We look for:

Data Insight	Ability to build metric systems, understand user/capital funnels, and run forecasting.
Community Operations	Experience running multi-channel programs, moderators, or ambassador groups end-to-end.
