Protocol Engineer¶
Role
Translate business goals into protocol architecture, risk models, and performance plans, while orchestrating AI agents to carry out implementation.
You define the blueprint and decision logic; automation and models help execute it.

- You enjoy building systems end-to-end and seeing them directly affect liquidity, risk, or user experience.
- You can translate DeFi or market needs into asset flows, collateral structures, and parameter boundaries.
- You treat AI agents as a virtual engineering team—designing workflows where models generate code, tests, and ops assets under your supervision.
- You balance engineering, modeling, and system design so powerful mechanisms remain usable.
- You rely on data and experimentation to validate improvements and maintain rollback paths when anomalies appear.

Product Designer¶
Role
Design the full Moosh experience—from App dashboards to Docs—translating complex financial logic into clear, trustworthy interfaces with the help of AI tooling.

- You can turn multidimensional financial data (rates, collateral ratios, liquidation states) into visuals users understand immediately.
- You maintain design consistency across App, Docs, and marketing surfaces.
- You collaborate closely with engineers: AI drafts interfaces, you refine interaction patterns, motion, and component logic.
- You use user interviews, analytics, and experiments to discover friction and improve clarity.
- You enjoy inventing new UI/UX patterns that communicate Moosh’s AI + resilient finance narrative.

Role
Expand the Moosh ecosystem by coordinating community programs, content, and feedback loops that connect users, contributors, and builders.
You will
- Design referral programs, quests, and incentive structures that surface high-quality contributors.
- Maintain communication channels—Docs, socials, Discord, GitBook—so testers and partners stay aligned during releases.
- Coordinate ambassador programs or regional communities to channel feedback back to the core team.
- Write changelogs, guides, and educational content that translate technical updates into clear user guidance.
- Turn community feedback and usage data into roadmap signals and measurable growth narratives.
